In the courses for beginners, we will teach you how to stand up on a surfboard and
surf your first waves all the way to the shore, and also how to begin turning on the
wave. An understanding of the characteristics of the beach, including currents and
rips is also provided, so that you can safely enjoy the beach and the surf.
If you already possess an intermediate or advanced level, we will show you how to
perfect your maneuvers and style or even focus on a fitness plan for surfing.
For the experts, rentals of surfboards, bodyboards and wetsuits are available on
Esteiro Beach.

The school is situated on the sands of the magnificent Esteiro Beach which
possesses an E.U. blue flag accreditation signifying that the beach contains good
access, clean amenities and surrounds and crystal clear, good water quality.
Located between the small villages of Xove and Viveiro in the zone called A Mariña on
the coast of Lugo, by car the beach is a 5 minute drive from Xove, and 10 minutes
from Viveiro and less than an hours drive from the city of Lugo.
The waves of Esteiro are ideal for both the first time surfer and for the more advanced.
